The following terms govern the use of our web sites. By accessing a VPG web site you agree that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by these terms, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the site. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of part or all of the contents in any form without the prior written permission of VPG is prohibited except in accordance with the following terms.

VPG permits browsing of a VPG web site and the necessary caching of the Web Content onto your computer. VPG permits the download, reproduction, display and internal distribution of the Web Content posted on our web site solely for informational and non-commercial (the use of the Web Content in purchasing and design applications are not considered commercial uses) or personal use, provided that the Web Content is not modified and provided further that all copyright and proprietary notices remain as they appear within such Web Content. VPG further grants to educational institutions (specifically K-12, universities and community colleges) permission to download, reproduce, display and distribute the Web Content posted on our sites solely for use in the classroom, provided that such institutions identify VPG as the source of the Web Content and include the following credit line: "Courtesy of Vishay Precision Group, Inc.".

Unauthorized use of any Web Content is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in civil and criminal penalties. All permissions granted terminate if you breach any of these terms and conditions. Upon termination you agree to destroy any Web Content downloaded from a VPG web site. Individual documents on our web sites may be subject to additional terms indicated in those documents. Certain information received from third party content providers may not copied, licensed, transferred or distributed to any third party.

Our web sites, and the contents therein, are provided as a convenience to you. The VPG Web Content is provided on "as is" and "as available" basis. VPG, its affiliated companies, and its content providers do not warrant that access to the VPG web sites or its Web Content will be uninterrupted or error-free. VPG reserves the right to revise our web sites and our Web Content, or withdraw access to them at any time. VPG, AND ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND CONTENT PROVIDERS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR WEB SITES, OR THE WEB CONTENT, EVEN IF VPG, ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND CONTENT PROVIDERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASE, THE LIABILITY OF VPG AND ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

For your easy accessibility, VPG may include on our web sites links to sites on the Internet that are owned or operated by third parties. By linking to such third-party site, you shall review and agree to that site's rules of use before using such site. You also agree that VPG has no control over the content of that site and cannot assume any responsibility for material created or published by such third-party sites. In addition, a link to a non- VPG site does not imply that VPG endorses the site or the products or services referenced in such third party site.

By submitting material to, or through, our web sites, or otherwise to our other computer systems (for example, by e-mail or via the web site pages) you agree that: (a) the material will not contain any item that is unlawful or otherwise unfit for publication; (b) you will use reasonable efforts to scan and remove any viruses or other contaminating or destructive features before submitting any material; and (c) you own the material or have the unlimited right to provide it to us (d) you agree not to take action against VPG and our affiliates in relation to material that you submit and you agree to indemnify us if any third party takes action against us or our affiliates in relation to the material you submit.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VPG, our affiliates, and our content providers against any claims, damages, loss, liability or expense including attorney fees, arising out of end users use of the content in any way contrary to this agreement. Further the rights and limitations in this agreement are for the benefit of VPG, our affiliates and our content providers.

VPG does not review the content posted by users on our web sites and is not responsible for such content. VPG may at any time at its discretion remove any content posted by users.

VPG products are marketed under trademarks or registered trademarks of VPG and/or its affiliated companies.  All other trademarks noted herein may be trademarks of their respective owners. The use of customer names or other trademarks on our web sites is not intended to show that the customer or trademark owner advocates or endorses the use of our products. Your access to our web sites should not be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any marks appearing on our web sites without the prior written consent of VPG or the third party owner thereof.
