Holon Site celebration of Tu BiShvat, also known as "New Year of the Trees”
ENVIRONMENT
Our actions today will impact future generations, which is why our goal to reduce energy usage, waste generated and water consumption continue as focal areas with annual corporate and facility-specific goals. Resource management is not only a policy statement, but also a critical business objective to ensure long-term viability and success for VPG and the communities in which we work and live.
VPG actively manages its environmental compliance and stewardship through its global Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) program. The EHS program strives for excellence through operational integration and systematic, strategic planning. Anchored by a living EHS Policy that is reviewed annually.
Foundational guidance is implemented through annual EHS goal development, tracking and attainment and further supported through VPG’s “EHS Road Map”; a strategic project implementation guidance tool that is reviewed and approved in a 3-year cycle.
